Is this just a chatbot?

No. A chatbot answers questions. A system also does the work around them: it captures every enquiry, books, updates your tools and reports back. You decide which replies go out on their own and which wait for your OK.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Almost certainly. AERA can connect almost any tool, including WhatsApp, Instagram, forms, calendar, CRM, sheets and accounting. If it has an API or an export, we can usually wire it in.

What if it sends something wrong?

You choose what sits behind an approval step: approve, edit or reject before it goes out. An agent that answers on its own only uses information you approved, and hands anything unusual to you. We also add limits, duplicate checks and alerts, so nothing loops or spams.

What's a realistic first automation?

Usually something boring and valuable: every inquiry landing in one place with a drafted reply, or a missed call turning into an instant follow-up. Boring saves the most time and never embarrasses you.

Do I need a website from you first?

No. Systems work on their own. They're better together (the site captures, the system responds), but plenty of clients start with automations against tools they already use.

What happens after it's built?

You get a handover doc, a training walkthrough, and the workflow documented. You can run it yourself, or keep us on an optional maintenance and monitoring plan.
