How long does a website take?
Standard is roughly 1–2 weeks, Premium 1–3, Signature 1–4. The clock starts once we have your brief and any content you want used. Custom scopes are timed together at the quote stage.
What if I don't have copy or photos?
That's normal. We shape the copy with you and work with what exists — your own photos, product shots, or a generated visual system where it genuinely helps. We never invent claims, reviews, or results.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site, the content, and the domain are yours. We hand over access and documentation at launch, and you can take it elsewhere at any time.
What about hosting and upkeep?
Hosting is inexpensive and can stay in your name. We offer an optional maintenance plan if you'd rather not think about updates, uptime, or small changes.
How many revisions do I get?
Enough to get it right. We lock direction early precisely so revisions stay about refinement, not restarts. Every package includes 30 days of post-launch support after you go live.
How do payments work?
Cards, bank transfer, or PayPal. Larger builds are usually split — a deposit to start and the balance at launch. You'll always get an invoice, and nothing starts before you approve the scope.
